The KiD’s Tuesday Essentials

I got a boatload of new tunes today, all of which have some of the shiftiest sounds I have heard in a while.
For all of you that were in attendance at HARD Summer… congratulations. The event (in my opinion) was first class. Most of the thanks goes to Gary Richards aka Destructo, for running it so well, picking such a perfect venue/layout/etc. But a huge part of the awesome vibes Saturday, speaking for myself, emanated straight from the positive and well conducted attitudes of all the attendees. Aside from the girl throwing up in the gutter while Soulwax ripped on “E Talking“, I didn’t see any passed out kids, any fights, any riot crowd trying to hop a fence, or really anything that I’ve (sadly) come to expect in this post EDC 2010 era. The Shifty was gotten, the vibes were about the music, the acts were on point, and to put it in words of wise ol’ Theophilus, “If you think you’re special, you’re probably not”.
