MVM: Foster the People – Helena Beat

Foster the People’s “Helena Beat” takes the Lost Boys from Peter Pan, and Mad Max, and mashes them into one entertaining visual narrative. Even though the video was released a few months ago, I could not pass up an opportunity to post this. Everything in this video was on point, from the costume design, to the lighting, to the shots themselves, as well as the visual effects. The youthful vibe works perfectly with the mood of the song as well. I really was completely stunned by this video, I don’t have much bad to say about it. Everything about it from beginning to end seems to fit perfectly in the weave.
