GET SHIFTY (LIVE!) with Warm Brew

Well if the weather wasn’t an obvious enough indication that summer has arrived in full force, we here at Shifty Rhythms are ready to set the tone musically for you in a big way this SATURDAY, June 2nd at The Central SAPC. This month we introduce our (LIVE!) series to add a little flavor to the Get Shifty repertoire and what better way to do that than have a slew of local heroes & up-and-comers in the hip hop world take over the party.

We are very honored to welcome LA-based party aficionados WARM BREW to headline this flagship affair (video for their single ‘WB’ above). Coming off of a recent show with our good friend Brenmar and the release of their brilliant LP entitled Kottabos (free via bandcamp), they are carefully taking over the game and bringing back real hip-hop one day at a time.

And if you thought the swag factor had maxed out with the headliners alone, we have Shifty kin Random Citizens and Planet Rock bringing the fuego per usual. Mix that in with local homies Raven Sorvino, D. Parra, Dame Fifty5, Virus Oprstu, BEeFF, Leeboy & Littlefoot and you have the perfect concoction for the best Get Shifty to date.
