We are right back at it with a roundup of free tunes that we came across this week while scouring all corners of the world wide web…

First up, we have a new freebie from Charlotte based duo, Clicks & Whistles. The boys have had recent success through a collection of remixes, bootlegs & originals, and seem to enjoy giving away some free music via their Soundcloud here and there to show their fans how much their support means to them. Just a few days ago they posted their newest gift to their fans, “Adventure Tune”, a melodic hip-hop instrumental filled with powerful chord progressions and detailed sound design characteristic of the duo’s production style. The high pitched vocal samples splattered throughout this one give it an upbeat feel while bouncing off the other elements in the track effortlessly. Changing gears now, we bring you the debut EP of former A$AP Mob member, Dominic Lord, titled “Fashion Show EP”. Having left A$AP to pursue his own solo career, Dominic Lord‘s first work not only demonstrates the young Harlem MC’s lyrical skills, but his production abilities as well. Basically every track on the EP was produced by Dominic Lord (except for “Pierce” which has been credited to Hudson Mohawke), and even includes a feature from G.O.O.D Music‘s own Pusha T alongside a chopped Grimes vocal, on his own “Pierce Remix”. Jumping right back onto the dance floor, we have a brand new freebie from Los Angeles based RL Grime, the alter-ego of house producer Clockwork. Having nearly broken the Internet with “Trap on Acid” and his and Salva‘s remix of “Mercy“, the young producer has implemented himself as a jack of all trades when it comes to production. His latest work comes to us in the form of “FLOOD”, a gritty bass heavy monster that utilizes a catchy vocal sample from which the track gets its title. To finish things off for this week, we have the new mix tape from Trap-A-Holics & ClubTapes, titled “Certified Trap: Reloaded”. The project runs in conjunction with the “Certified Trap Episode 1” web series documentary that was released by Trap-A-Holics & ClubTapes, explaining the recent craze and growing relationship between electronic and hip-hop music. The mix tape features production from a large variety of producers, including some exclusive tunes from our friends ETC! ETC!, gLAdiator, Brillz and more. Check out the entire free tape below and keep an eye on many of the producers who were asked to be a part of this, as they are sure to make some noise in both realms in the near future…
