Introducing: Breakfast

Let me introduce Breakfast, since Korova won’t do it for you.  I guess he might feel a little vain talking about his brand spanking new indie band that just released a FREE debut album via Soundcloud.  This is homegrown and very much a part of the Shifty community so even though this isn’t akin to most of the content we usually post, I still decided it deserved some spotlight.  These kiddos are my good friends out of LA who all live in a wonderful house in Los Feliz together, and probably don’t eat breakfast as much as you would think.  Their album is somewhat of a double EP called  Sun/Moon…  half of it are tracks that are more upbeat with a daytime vibe, and some of em are kinda like that 3AM breakfast you’d have at Denny’s.  Simply put, this was an endeavor that these bandmates spent over 2 years, and a lot of time and money to make happen.  At the end of the day Sean Dwyer, Andrea Adolph, Max Bussel, and Ciano Russo have taken a very large first step into the world of indie music.  If this is what these kids can do on their own for a debut release, I can’t wait to hear what they can come up with next.
